Detroit River Days 2009

Organizers of this year’s River Days, presented by the Detroit RiverFront Conservancy, are pleased to announce the list of performers from across the country and metro Detroit that will provide free musical entertainment to festival-goers all three days of the festival from Friday, June 19 through Sunday, June 21.

Cruise the Detroit River Aboard the Princess

You don’t have to travel to Miami to take a cruise. All the way from Orange, Texas by way of Nova Scotia and the Gulf of St. Lawrence is the Detroit Princess. She services as many as 1800 passengers on party cruises and calls the Detroit River home.

Belle Isle Park: A Gem Along Detroit’s Riverfront

Belle Isle Park is the largest island park in the United States. Located midway between Detroit, MI and Windsor, Canada; the 987 acre island park features a 9 hole golf course, Dossin Great lakes maritime museum, and a 150 acre state protected wooded area.
