A scheduled fly-over by an F-18 Navy Hornet at the annual boat race came too close for comfort for residents of the Jeffersonian apartment building.

Spectators can line up on both sides of the U.S.-Canadian border to enjoy the 2nd Red Bull Air Race to take place along the river and the only one in North America.
